Graeme Smith (born October 3 1982 in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire) is a Scottish footballer, currently playing as a goalkeeper for Rangers in the Scottish Premier League. He should not be confused with his namesake, also a goalkeeper, who plays for Motherwell and who incidentally has also played for Rangers.

Smith joined Kilmarnock from their boys club in 2000. He was loaned to Queens Park in the 2001-02 season and to Stenhousemuir in 2002-03. He made his Kilmarnock debut on 7 March 2004, as a substitute in a 1-1 draw with Hearts.cite news|url=http://sport.scotsman.com/topics.cfm?tid=24&id=269462004|publisher=The Scotsman|title=Hearts meet Invincible match|date=March 8, 2004] Having spent most of his time with the Ayrshire club as a deputy, firstly to Gordon Marshall then latterly Alan Combe, including being an unused substitute in the Scottish League Cup 2007 final, Smith refused their offer of a new contract at the end of the 2006-07 season and subsequently left the club.

Smith's move to Rangers was announced on June 27, 2007.cite news|url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/r/rangers/6245568.stm|title=Svensson joins Caen from Rangers|publisher=BBC Sport website|date=June 27, 2007] He signed a three year deal and arrived on a free transfer. Smith will now challenge the current number one, Allan McGregor for a starting place.

He made his Rangers debut on 23 January 2008 in a 6-0 Scottish Cup win over East Stirling.cite news|url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/scot_cups/7203278.stm|title=Rangers 6-0 East Stirlingshire|publisher=BBC Sport website|date=23 January 2008]
