Joe Chlapaty

Joe Chlapaty is the President and CEO of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc.

Originally from Chicago, Chlapaty has been with ADS since 1980 when he was recruited by then-Chairman Frank Eck. Chlapaty was named COO in 1994 and CEO in 2004.

He is also a trustee of Marietta College in Ohio and for the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges [ Fortune Magazine, November 27, 2006, p.101.]
