The 2006 season on men's
golf 'sChallenge Tour , the official developmental tour run by thePGA European Tour , was comprised of 31 tournaments played in Europe, Latin America, East Africa and Central Asia. The leading money winner wasMark Pilkington of Wales with earnings of €119,152. Based on tournament wins the most successful countries were the United Kingdom with eight wins, all by different players, (4 by Englishmen, 3 by Welshmen and one by a Scot) and Spain, with six wins by six different players. FrenchmanAdrien Mörk shot the first 59 in the history of the PGA European Tour's three tours at the Moroccan Classic.Tournament results
