John Kaputin

John Kaputin

Sir John Kaputin (born July 11, 1941) was the foreign minister of Papua New Guinea from 1992 until 1994 and from December 1999 until 2000. He received his knighthood in 1994.

In March 2005, he took office as secretary-general of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States.
