Kenya n politician who in July 2003 briefly rose to prominence due to her controversial marriage to stonemasonPeter Mbugua . The marriage was controversial since Wambui Otieno was 67 whilst Peter Mbugua was 25. This marriage caused much debate amongst the Kenyan population. Political life
At the 1997 elections she unsuccessfully vied for the
