Sarad Singh Bhandari

Sarad Singh Bhandari is a Nepalese politician. He was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha in the 1999 election on behalf of the Nepali Congress.^[1] When the Nepali Congress was divided, Bhandari sided with the Nepali Congress (Democratic).
