Allen Simms

Allen Simms (born 26 July 1982) is an American triple jumper.

He competed for Puerto Rico after changing allegiance from the United States in May 2005, [ [http://www.iaaf.org/athletes/focusOnAthletes/allegiance.html Changes of Allegiance] - IAAF.org] but changed back in 2008. [ [http://www.iaaf.org/athletes/transfer/index.html Transfers of Allegiance] - IAAF.org] He finished fourth at the 2003 Pan American Games and eighth in long jump at the 2007 Pan American Games. His personal best jump is 17.17 metres, achieved in April 2003 in Los Angeles. He has 17.26 metres on the indoor track, achieved in March 2003 in Fayetteville. In the long jump he has 8.02 metres.
