- Glyne Gap
Glyne Gap is a strip of
marshland that separates the towns ofHastings andBexhill-on-Sea . The southern boundary is formed by theA259 road , the East Coastway railway line and theEnglish Channel . To the north is the Pebsham landfill site andCombe Haven SSSI . To the west is the Ravenside Retail Park, the site of a ten pin bowling alley, swimming pool, retail stores and the firstMcDonald's restaurant in theUnited Kingdom to feature a 'Drive Thru'.
