Judicial District of Loreto

The Judicial District of Loreto is one of the 28 Judicial Districts of the Judicial System of Peru.

The headquarters is in the city of Iquitos and its jurisdiction extends over the entire Loreto Region excluding the Alto Amazonas Province.

It was created by the Law Nº 230 and was established April 21, 1907 under the presidency of José Pardo y Barreda.
