Fernhill School, established in 1972, is a Catholic Independent School in Glasgow, Scotland, managed by a Board of Governors. It stands in convert|9|acre|m2 of wooded grounds above the City of Glasgow, backing on to Cathkin Braes.

The school has both primary and a secondary department, fully equipped with modern classrooms and laboratories. The primary department has 7 single classes, and accepts girls and boys throughout. The secondary department accepts girls only.

Today the total Primary roll is about 170, and the Secondary about 160.

Today, the school fees are in excess of £7,200 per annum.

The school has been named Top Independent School Of The Year 2006.
