Football in Bermuda

Football in Bermuda is one of the most important sports in the country, along with cricket. Football was brought to Bermuda by the British. It is governed by the Bermuda Football Association (BFA) and is a full-member of FIFA, CONCACAF and the CFU.

The BFA organizes the Bermuda national football team. Despite the small size of the island, they have traditionally punched above their weight.

The Bermuda Hogges, a professional team, were formed in 2006 and play in the United Soccer Leagues Second Division. The team plays home matches at the Bermuda National Stadium in Hamilton, Bermuda.
