Ryan Darrell McNeil (born October 4, 1970 in Fort Pierce, Florida) is a former professional American football defensive back in the National Football League who was selected by the Detroit Lions in the second round of the 1993 NFL Draft. A 6'2", 197-lb. cornerback from the University of Miami, McNeil played 11 NFL seasons from 1993–2003 for the Lions, the St. Louis Rams, the Cleveland Browns, the Dallas Cowboys, the San Diego Chargers, and the Denver Broncos.

In 1997 while with the Rams, McNeil led the NFL in interceptions with 9.

Post NFL Career

McNeil has developed a national reputation as an entreprenuer and businessman. McNeil is credited with founding PBFN - the Professional Business & Financial Network a group devoted to stimiluting business development and creating new streams of revenues. McNeil is also the publisher of "OverTime Magazine" ("OT Magazine"), a lifestyle magazine dedicated exclusively to the world of professional athletes. McNeil's numerous business interests are managed by David Cornwell and Don West, Jr.
