Toledo Express Airport onJanuary 12 ,2007 . Initially, authorities thought the threat came from a passenger with a cell phone aboard the plane after a911 call was made to the Toledo Police Department. The person on the phone told the operator that there was a bomb on board ofAmerican Eagle Flight 4359 that was scheduled to take off during the afternoon hours onJanuary 12 ,2007 . But officials determined the 10 a.m. 911 call didn't originate there, FBI spokesman Scott Wilson said.FBI later learned that there was no bomb on board and the threat was a hoax. The plane was heading forChicago O'Hare International Airport , which also had officials worried.As of
January 12 ,2007 , the threat is being termed as a 'terrorist act ' even though it is a hoax.
