Autophobia

Autophobia

Autophobia (or Monophobia) is the phobia of being alone. The word is derived from the Greek words "autos" ("self") and "phobos" ("fear"). A secondary meaning of the term is for the much rarer condition of true autophobia, that is, fear or mistrust of oneself. There are many ways to cure monophobia. If someone has monophobia, they usually go to a therapist and find comfortable ways of solving the issue.
