Ethos water's mission is to help children get clean water. Ethos was based on a simple premise: water for water. It would function as a super-premium brand of bottled water that would link consumption to cause by allowing consumers to engage in a collective effort to help communities in need get clean water.
Ethos Water was purchased by
Starbucks in 2005.
