Köttsoppa ("meat soup") is a clear meat and
root vegetable soup eaten inSweden . The meat, and the bones supplying thebroth , isbeef , frequently chuck, or sometimespork ,reindeer or elk. Root vegetables commonly used includecarrot ,potato ,celeriac ,parsnip ,turnip and swede.Leek ,peppercorn s andbay leaves are often added for seasoning. Meat and vegetables are cut to roughly die sized bits and boiled soft.Köttsoppa is sometimes eaten with "klimp" – simple
