Arnold Mvuemba Makengo (born 28 January 1985 in Alençon, France) is a French football midfielder of DR Congolese parentage, currently playing for Portsmouth. He can play as a central midfielder or winger.

Mvuemba was signed by Portsmouth on loan from Rennes in January 2007 until May 2007, with an option to complete a permanent deal.cite news
