Amat al-Alim al-Suswa

Amat al-Alim al-Suswa is the minister of human rights of Yemen. She is in office since 2003. She received a master's degree in International Communication in Washington. She was ambassador in the Netherlands from 2000.

She became deputy general secretary of the UNDP and director of its regional office for the Arabic countries.
