Penfield 2 railway station is a former railway station on the defunct Penfield which is located in the northern Adelaide sudurb of Edinburgh. It was located 24.2km by railway from the Adelaide Railway Station. The station opened between 1940 and 1942 and had an island platform which was 213.4 metres long. The station closed in January 4, 1991, simultaneously with neighbouring station Penfield 1. [cite journal|title=The Salisbury munitions tramways|journal=Light Railways|year=2006|first=F. B.|last=Andrews|issue=187] The station has been torn down and built over.
