Tony Rayns (born
1948 ) is a Britishwriter ,film critic ,commentator ,film festival programmer andscreenwriter . He writes for theBritish Film Institute 's magazine "Sight & Sound . Known for his expertise inEast Asian cinema , he provides commentary tracks for DVD releases of Asian films.
