"Surface Thrills" is an album from The Temptations. The only single released from the album was "Love on My Mind Tonight". Dennis Edwards sings lead on every track. It was the last album featuring falsetto Glenn Leonard. It was also the first Temptations album in over nine years to be produced by a returning Norman Whitfield who returned to Motown after an eight-year stint with Warner Bros. Records while running his own self-titled label.
