"Like This and Like That" is a song by American R&B singer Monica, penned by producer Dallas Austin and Colin Wolfe for her debut studio album, "Miss Thang" (1995). It was released as the album's second single on double A-side single with "Before You Walk out of My Life" in early 1996 (see 1996 in music) and became Monica's second number-one hit on the "Billboard" Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, while it also reached number 7 on the Hot 100 chart.
