Romuald Andela Midoukna is a footballer from Cameroon. He has represented Cameroon internationally at under-21 level on 16 occasions, also acting as captain. Andela formerly played with CSKA Sofia, Petrolul Ploieşti, where he won a Romanian cup-winner's medal, and Levski Kjutsendil.

In 1999, he came to Northern Ireland, for a trial with Derry City FC, who played in the League of Ireland.
