Ashley Postelwaite started working in live theater. She produced "Bugs Bunny on Broadway" for Warner Brothers, where she met her business partner Darrell Van Citters. After working with Warner Bros. for another year and a half, Postelwaite and Citters started Renegade Animation Studio.
