Nicole Allen is the Textbooks Advocate for The Student PIRGs and Campaign Director for Make Textbooks Affordable. She is best known for organizing over 2,000 professors [1] to support the open textbooks and for authoring a report that challenges the publishing industry's digital textbook practices.[2] Her work has been covered in the Wall Street Journal,[3] USA Today,[4][5] TIME[6] the Los Angeles Times,[7] and US News and World Report.[8]
