BTJunkie is an advanced BitTorrent search engine. It uses a web crawler (similar to Google) to search for torrent files from other torrent sites and store it in its database. It has over 2,000,000 active torrents and about 4,200 torrents added daily (compared to runner-up Torrent Portal with 1,500), making it the largest torrent site indexer on the web.Fact|date=April 2008BTJunkie has moved to Canada for legal reasons.

*BTJunkie indexes both private and public trackers using a completely automatic web crawler that scans the Internet for torrent files.
*Free public torrent submission, enabling the user to upload torrent files directly to the site.
*Torrent Mail, for immediate notification of new torrent additions.
*Torrent comments and passwords, making user capable of writing comments and expressing opinions and to store password for the archived files.
*Torrent verification without the need to register. Uses cookies to track what you download and then asks you to rate the torrent; Used to collect feedback from the community about the quality of torrents and to flag malicious torrents.
