Qayrat Rısqulbekov ( _kk. Қайрат Рысқулбеков) (date of birth 1968, date of death 1988) was avictim of the Jeltoqsan ( _kk. Желтоқсан; English: December) riot of 1986 that took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
