The Dictatortots are a rock-band-cum-performance-art-collective from Athens, Georgia. They have released two albums, both of which were recorded and produced by [http://www.ricwallace.com Ric Wallace] . Sometimes known as Sgt. Reacharound, Wallace is also the producer and engineer of other notable bands such as [http://www.5440.com/index.html 5440] , Blackbird and the [http://www.buttholesurfers.com Butthole Surfers] . Formed under the guise of being the "stupidest band ever", the band continues to wow audiences to this day with the sheer power of their on-stage inebriation.
