installation artist anddesigner (primarily usingtypographic design management skill and practice, though he has extensive experience withinformation design , andinterface design ). He is an advocate ofsustainable design ideas and goals. He has given numerous lectures on art and design. He sometimes is referred to simply as "The Bennie". His artwork has been shown by independent curator and gallerist,Willoughby Sharp . In 2002, Knight joined theUnited Nations inNew York City . There he started working closely withMaxim Zhukov to help withmultilingual typographic design teaching, solutions, and co-ordination. Knight took over the responsibility UN typographic co-ordination when Zhukov retired in 2004 from the UN.As a teenager he began work on the feature film, Threat. He quickly moved up the ranks on this production and became the
production designer for the film. Also when he was a teenager, he was a prolificgraffiti writer that helped and influence his formative typographic learning. He has also been the voice for manypunk rock andhardcore punk related bands.He is a very good friend of the guitarist
Craig Bonich ofHead Automatica . Knight has assisted with some graphics and artwork for Head Automatica as well. He has done design work and artwork for many commercial and non-commercial clients.Knight still currently works full time for the UN.
