Prix La Haye Jousselin

The Prix La Haye Jousselin is a Group 1 steeplechase horse race in France for five-year-old and above horses. It is run over a distance of 5,500 metres (approximately 3 miles 3½ furlongs) at Auteuil Racecourse in November. It was first run in 1880 as the Prix de la Croix de Berny and was re-named in 1903 in memory of Edmond de La Haye Jousselin, a founding member of the "Société des Steeple-Chases de France", who died earlier that year.

Al Capone II was a notable repeat winner of the race, winning seven years in succession from 1993 to 1999, and finishing runner-up in 2000.
