Jasmin Geisel

Jasmin Geisel (pronounced 'Guy-zle') is an Australian television presenter and journalist.

Geisel's first role on TV was as the host of a national AFL show, "Totally Footy" on Network Ten.She then moved into news as a journalist, before becoming a presenter, writer and field producer on Ten's, "Totally Wild".

Geisel now works for the Nine Network as a journalist for Queensland program, "Extra" and "Weekend Extra".She also files stories for Nine News and Sport.

Before fronting the camera, Geisel was an elite swimmer - representing Australia on four occasions.It was here she was first introduced to the media spotlight - helping pave way for roles in tv sporting specials, commercials, as well as modelling assignments.

After finishing school in Brisbane, Geisel gained a Bachelor of Journalism degree from QUT.Usually a three year course, she completed it within two years - also graduating with an induction into the Golden Key International Honour Society for her academic achievements.
