November 5 ,1930 –March 12 ,1995 ) was aninventor . He is credited with inventing the free piston engine and the battery-powered baby swing. Exclusive rights for the battery-powered baby swing were sold to Greco. In addition, Kosoff invented a home air cleaner andchainless bicycle using an arc and pulley system.Harold Kosoff married Helena Opuszynski in 1973 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kosoff has three surviving children. Royce, an actuary in Philadelphia; Rachel, a biologist in Philadelphia; and Jacob, an economist in McLean, Virginia.
