CIR Group (Compagnie Industriali Riunite, BIT: CIR) is the industrial holding company of the De Benedetti Group, controlled by COFIDE — Gruppo De Benedetti, the financial holding company of the De Benedetti family.

CIR principal holdings include media (Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso, in which it holds 54.8%), energy (Sorgenia, which it controls in conjunction with Austria's Verbund), automotive components (Sogefi), and health care (KOS). CIR is also an anchor investor of venture capital funds managed by Noventi.

The group was established by Carlo De Benedetti in 1976. He remains honorary chairman of the company today, with his son Rodolfo De Benedetti having served as CEO since 1995.
