Stallbrook Marketplace

Stallbrook Marketplace

Stallbrook Marketplace is a 238,000 square foot shopping center in the suburban bedroom community of Bellingham, Massachusetts. Developed by S.R. Weiner and W/S Development of Chestnut Hill, MA, it was one of the first major retail centers in the region, and the first in the town. It is one of four major developments in the area. The Crossroads Center Bellingham opened in 1996, the Charles River Center opened in 1998, and the proposed Shoppes at Bellingham will open in 2008. The shopping center was named after the Stallbrook Elementary school, which is approximately 2 miles away.

Located at Exit 18 off Interstate 495, its location is popular because of the ever growing populous in the area, and heavy development that continues along Boston's "outer belt".
