This subspecies is endemic to the

The ground colour of the shell is reddish-brown and the dark brown axial stripes tend to be wider than in other "Powelliphanta lignaria" subspecies, with little space between them.
Major diameter is up to 57 mm, and height up to 35 mm.
Conservation status
