Acting career
He has appeared in Brick, Adam & Steve, What We Do Is Secret (as real-life Germs' drummer Don Bolles), The Picture of Dorian Gray, Cabin Fever 2,[1] All About Evil,[2] an award-winning performance in Deadgirl,[3] Chain Letter[4] and others.[5] Segan has also appeared in numerous television programs, including a briefly recurring role on the soap opera Days of Our Lives in 2007. That same year, he appeared in the music video for the Foo Fighters song "The One," which was featured on the soundtrack for the film Orange County. Other television appearances include CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and House, and provided the voice of Henry on the Nickelodeon cartoon show KaBlam!. Brick director Rian Johnson invited Segan to play a small role in his second film, The Brothers Bloom, in 2008, and in January 2010, it was announced that he would be joining the cast of Johnson's third film, Looper[6] as a supporting lead. He has produced and starred in the independent feature films Quit and Someone's Knocking at the Door and directed numerous music videos.[7]
Personal life
Segan currently lives in Los Angeles. He is the grandson of photographer Arthur Rothstein and the nephew of rock musician Rob Stoner.[8]
