Sobków IPA-pl| [|'|s|o|p|k|u|f|] is a village in Jędrzejów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Sobków. The village has an approximate population of 870. It was founded as a city in 1563 by Grand Treasurer of the Crown Stanisław Sobek. Sobków lost its city rights in 1869.
