Wouter Vandenhaute

Wouter Vandenhaute (born 16 February 1962) is a former Belgian sports-journalist, a TV-program maker and he is the manager of the TV production company Woestijnvis. Vandenhaute started his career as a sports-journalist, and in the early nineties he made the popular TV-program "Het Huis van Wantrouwen" (House of Mistrust) together with Mark Uytterhoeven. Vandenhaute is also tho owner of the of the restaurant "Couvert Couvert" (one Michelinstar since November 2005). In 2005, he was awarded the title of manager of the year in Belgium, by the Belgian businessmagazine "Trends". He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Itinera Institute think-tank.
