Ourei's most outstanding and noticeable feature was her tremdously large breast implants, which, in Japan, are rare for models to have at such a readily apparent unnatural size. Her first photobook, Vanilla, was released in Japan just after her eighteenth birthday. This initial success was followed up with photoshoots in several magazines and websites.

According to her [http://harada.blog.players.tv blog] , Ourei retired from the gravure idol world as of March 31st 2007.

Ourei returned to the media spotlight in May 13th, 2008 by reporting via webcast on the press release for Metal Gear Solid 4 held by Sony in Tokyo.
