Red Kola is a carbonated soft drink made from fruit extracts, including flavouring from the kola nut. Unlike many other cola brands, including Coca-Cola, Red Kola uses genuine kola nut extract instead of artificial flavourings. The main manufacturer and supplier is Barr's, the other being Currie's (an Ayrshire based supplier from Dunn's Food and Drink).

As with other Barr's products, such as Irn Bru, it is widely sold throughout Scotland and can be purchased in various containers, including returnable glass bottles. It is virtually impossible to find in English shops (ASDA supermarkets and some Cost Cutters stock it), though cans have been known. It is also, somewhat mysteriously, absent from AG Barr's product list on their website.
