James (Jamie) Brian McAndrew (born September 2, 1967, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania) is a former Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher. McAndrew is an alumnus of the University of Florida. He is the son of former MLB pitcher Jim McAndrew.

Drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 1st round of the 1989 MLB amateur draft, McAndrew would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Milwaukee Brewers on July 17, 1995, and appear in his final game on July 23, by|1997.

McAndrew was notable for his role as a replacement player with the Milwaukee Brewers during Spring Training prior to the 1995 season. Replacement players took over for professional baseball players when the Major League Baseball Players Association went on strike. The strike was resolved at the end of Spring Training. Due to his role as a replacement player, McAndrew was blacklisted and not permitted membership in the Major League Baseball Players Association.Fact|date=February 2007

McAndrew was one of the first replacement players, along with Mike Busch of the Los Angeles Dodgers, to reach the Major League level after the strike was resolved. Fact|date=February 2007
