Malaysia , based inSelayang ,Selangor . The club won theMalaysian League Premier II title in2003 , and played in theMalaysian Super League in2004 and2005 . In their first season in the Super League, they finished runners-up to Pahang. The following year, however, they finished 7th out of 8 teams and were relegated to the Premier League. They then withdrew from the2006 Premier League competition, citing financial difficulties. As a result, they were banned from entering all competitions organised by theFootball Association of Malaysia for 5 years.
