Lehlohonolo Seema (born June 09 1980 in Mafeteng) is a Lesotho football (soccer) defender and midfielder for Orlando Pirates in the South African Premier Soccer League. He also holds South African citizenship.

The star of the Lesotho national team, Seema was their only player who in 2003 played club football abroad. Seema had trials for English Premier League clubs Arsenal and Newcastle United at an early age.
