In December 2003, Josephs was presented with the Distinguished Service Award from
Standard Broadcasting Corporation in recognition of 30 years of dedicated work.In 2002 Josephs was honored as a member of the Quarter Century Club by the
Canadian Association of Broadcasters for his 25 year commitment to Canadian radio.In February 1993, Josephs received a gold record in honor of 20 years of on-air work with CJBK and BX93 radio in
London, Ontario and in celebration of his 500,000 record played.Josephs has been a loyal volunteer to local charities throughout his career, including the
