Julius Jones (murderer)

Julius Darius Jones is a serial carjacker and murderer from Norman, Oklahoma.

Jones committed what is considered the most heinous carjacking in Oklahoma history. On July 28, 1999, Jones and an accomplice, Christopher Jordan, robbed Paul Scott Howell of his 1997 GMC Suburban in Howell's parents' driveway in Edmond, OK. Howell was shot once in the head with a .25- caliber semiautomatic gun as his two daughters, ages 7 and 9, and his sister, Megan Tobey, bore witness to the crime.
