Fred H Grubb (1886-1949) was a bicycle manufacturer based in London, UK. He established his business as F.H.Grubb in 1914 in Brixton. By 1920 manufacturing had moved to West Croydon and then in 1926 to Twickenham.

Grubb built lightweight racing and touring frames as well as tandems and recumbents. He also briefly sold cycling shoes and other accessories.

In 1935 FHG Ltd was established in Wimbledon but by 1947 the FH Grubb name was back in use. Grubb died in 1949 and the business continued under family control until 1951 when it was bought by Holdsworth. Holdsworth produced frames under the name of Freddie Grubb. They were of lower quality compared to the Holdsworth brand. The Freddie Grubb brand ceased around 1978.
