So Seo-no

So Seo-no (Hangul: 소서노 Hanja: 召西奴) was a princess of Jolbon, that is to say, 高庶女 and is remembered as a key figure in the founding of both Goguryeo and Baekje. She was the mother of Biryu and King Onjo.

Connection to Japanese mythological origin

So-seo-no phonetically sounds a lot like the Japanese deity Susanoo, though the wrong gender. Jolbon kingdom also has the final character "本" in common with Japan. Both Buyeo and Japan had active sun worshipping rites. Soga no Koma of Japan (蘇我高麗), father of Soga no Iname, whose family was known to have extensive Korean contacts, is also an exact Chinese abbreviation for Goguryeo.
