"TRU Dawgs" is an album by rapper C-Murder. It was the last album made before Miller was jailed for murder. Miller is also the album's executive producer. The album was a compilation which gave stars away from Tru Records, such as Snoop Dogg and Keith Murray solo spots. Miller's brothers Master P and Silkk the Shocker are featured in the sixth track "Where The Party At?" However, a majority of local artists in the label are featured. Although Tru Dawgs is considered a C-Murder album, Miller himself only appears on 5 of the songs. His only solo spot is a hidden track called "Betya", which a diss on Cash Money Records and Mystikal. The Cash Money artist mentioned mostly in the track is Juvenile. The track is attached to one of C-Murder's other tracks, "How A Thug Nigga Likes It" and comes on only a few seconds later. "Betya" is not mentioned anywhere in the albums artwork, but it is listed on the back of the cd. Miller was also the main artist in the album's first single "I'm A Baller". A video for the song was made. The other two C-Murder tracks are duets with Keala. In the album's artwork had a note that said another C-Murder album titled "Da Gorilla", was coming soon. However, nothing has been heard of the album since, and the next C-Murder to be released was The Truest Shit I Ever Said.
