José Luís Martí Soler, Martí (born 28 April 1975 in Palma de Mallorca), is a Spanish football central midfielder, currenly playing for RCD Mallorca. He is best known for his excellent tactical awareness.

Club career

Having starting playing professionally with hometown RCD Mallorca, debuting with the first team at 25, in 1999-2000 (1 match, 1 minute), Martí switched the following season to the Canary Islands, joining CD Tenerife, being instrumental in the team's promotion to "La Liga".

After Tenerife's relegation, Martí joined Sevilla FC in July 2003, and would become a regular in the Andalusian side's exploits in the subsequent years.

In May 2007 he extended his contract with Sevilla until 2010. On July 2008, Martí returned to Real Mallorca.
