Beechhurst is a neighborhood in the northeasten part of the
New York City borough ofQueens , and is considered part of Whitestone. Beechhurst is near theEast River , north of theCross Island Parkway and between the approaches to theThrogs Neck Bridge andWhitestone Bridge . This neighborhood is different from Whitestone, more diversity in the population around 150th street and 154th street.
